@laser,- eto tip, hindi ko na papangarapin pa na makatulog ng maaga. Simply - magigising nalang ako ng maaga same time everyday. In the hope that my body clock will follow :D\

@tim - you mean jerk off? hehehe or jerk as in myochronic - sudden movements. :D hehe

@gillboard - pwede creamer lang? Ang mahal ng milk eh. Nasa almost 70Php ung presyo.

akala ko you have tips. i'm interested. pamatay ang insomnia minsan. sabog sa umaga. but anyways, i still love the feelin of being awake the whole night. hahaha
